Strategic Planning
  • Develop a clear understanding of your value proposition and target audience.
  • Research the right events to deliver your message to that audience, within budget.
  • Identify quantifiable objectives - what you hope to get from the event.
  • Create a promotion plan to let the audience know a) you're participating and b) why they should attend.
  • Establish an event budget.

Logistical Implementation
  • Contract event space and sponsorships with show management.
  • Track all deadlines and required submissions.
  • Work with your team, freelance graphic designers or agencies to produce display components - rental or purchase.
  • Negotiate hotel contracts including room blocks and catering.
  • Source solution providers - installation and dismantle labor, flooring, electrical, cleaning, audio visual, internet, floral, lead capture, etc.
  • Update budget with actuals and communicate any requested changes.
  • Determine which promotional products make sense to leave a lasting impression with attendees.
  • Train staff on best practices for interacting in the event environment.
  • Provide onsite support when you can't be there.

Results Measurement
  • Summarize data collected onsite.
  • Budget reconciliation.
  • Evaluate event performance against pre-determined client objectives.
  • Discuss feedback and recommendations for future events.
